LESSON TITLE:  Micro-Habits:  The Building Blocks of longevity

LESSON OBJECTIVE:  Our goal is to lay a foundation of healthy micro-habits over a 60-day period at LongevityChallenge.us and The Longevity Store at Boomers-Alive.com.  You'll be encouraged along the way by every-other-day emails, your health coach, and your  Facebook group support.

MAIN SKILL OR CONCEPT:  Assess and plot progress on the line-chart every two weeks with an end goal of 70% or better on the 100-point scale.  You'll focus first on the Basic-8 micro-habits of good health and weave in longevity enhancement activities as described in your every-other-day emails.

This is not longevity based on vague or hard-to-define theory.  It is longevity built  on 32 specific actions or habits, that have been scientifically demonstrated to contribute to health and longevity.   The course is designed around actions that have been scientifically validated by PubMed research, so there's no guess-work.  By locking in these habits you gain confidence that you're covering all the bases.  This and your quarterly NES Health scans help to insure that nothing is overlooked.

THE OUTLINE looks like this

  1. Module 1: Introduction
  2. Module 2: The NES Health Biio-Energy System
  3. Module 3: Emotional Foundations
  4. Module 4: Genetic Repair
  5. Module 5: Information As Medicine
  6. Module 6: Show Me the Evidence
  7. Module 7: Stem Cell Repair
  8. Module 8: Micro-Nutrition Repair

When you complete the challenge and the course you'll receive an attractive certificate, suitable for framing that records your final Longevity Index Score for all to see.  Plus, you can unwind with a free, 3-Day, 2-night vacation package with accomodations for two adults and children worth at least $500, a substantial part of your tuition recouped.
